The Inbox is a unified, read-only view of every communication with your superintendents, across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email, in one Magpipe-style two-pane layout. Open it from Inbox in the left nav.
  • Left pane — conversations (one per super × channel), most-recent first, with a channel icon, the last-message preview, and a relative time.
  • Right pane — the full thread, oldest → newest, opening scrolled to the latest message. Calls show duration, an inline recording player, and the transcript; emails show subject and body; photos render inline.
It’s a live view over your communication history — there’s nothing to sync or maintain.

See all conversations with every super in the workspace.

Site Supers

See only their own threads — their conversations across all four channels, and nothing from other supers.
The Inbox is read-only today — it’s for reviewing what was said, where every conversation lives even if a super never explicitly says “done.” Replying from the Inbox is a planned follow-up.
