The Co-pilot is an AI assistant built into SiteSuper. Open it from the user menu (click your name, bottom-left). It knows your projects, supers, schedules, reports, variances, and connected documents — scoped to exactly what your role can access.

Ask questions

Use it to get answers without clicking through screens:
  • “Which supers haven’t reported today?”
  • “Summarize the open variances on Yorkville South.”
  • “What did Roman report yesterday?”
  • “Which projects are behind schedule this week?”
The Co-pilot looks data up with built-in tools before answering — it won’t invent information. If something returns nothing, it’ll tell you plainly. Answers are formatted (headings, lists, tables) so reports and summaries are easy to read.

Attach files

Click the paperclip in the composer — or drag-and-drop onto it — to attach images, PDFs, or text/CSV to your message, and the Co-pilot will read them. Handy for a photo of a whiteboard, a markup, a spec page, or a spreadsheet you want it to reason over. Keep attachments small (a few MB).

Make changes

The Co-pilot can also act, not just answer. Depending on your role it can:
  • Create and update projects.
  • Create, update, suspend, or delete supers.
  • Assign supers to projects (and unassign).
  • Create and delete trades/contacts.
  • Resolve or dismiss variances.
  • Update action item status.
For example:
“Create a super named Maria Lopez, phone +1 604 555 0144, and add her to Yorkville South.”

Confirmation before every change

Before making any change, the Co-pilot describes exactly what it will do and asks you to confirm. It only proceeds after you say yes. Destructive actions (like deleting a super) require an explicit confirmation, and the assistant repeats back what will be removed.

Permissions

The Co-pilot can only do what you can do. Write actions are limited to Owners and Managers; supers and read-only members get answers but not changes. Every write action the Co-pilot performs is recorded for your administrators.
