# Inbox

> One place to read every conversation with your supers — phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email — across all projects.

The **Inbox** is a unified, read-only view of every communication with your superintendents, across **phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email**, in one Magpipe-style two-pane layout. Open it from **Inbox** in the left nav.

* **Left pane** — conversations (one per super × channel), most-recent first, with a channel icon, the last-message preview, and a relative time.
* **Right pane** — the full thread, oldest → newest, opening scrolled to the latest message. Calls show duration, an inline recording player, and the transcript; emails show subject and body; photos render inline.

It's a **live view** over your communication history — there's nothing to sync or maintain.

## Who sees what

Visibility follows your role:

<Note>
  The Inbox is read-only today — it's for reviewing what was said, where every conversation lives even if a super never explicitly says "done." Replying from the Inbox is a planned follow-up.
